How and when will my crder ship?
All products are shipped from our store via UP5. Orders we shipped within 24-48 hours of order dase and you will receive a tracking number once your isem has
shipped.
Why is shipping delayed?
We're working hard to stock the items that you love! Given the current landscape, we're experiencing delays in gotting some of our moss-loved products from
our vendors.
Addidionally; to ensure salety: we're working with a more limited shipping staff - we appreciate your support and padience s we are fultling orders as quickly as
possible
My tracking has not updated. What can be done?
Please note that shipping providers are also taking longer to scan and deliver packages during this time. We ask that you allow 48 hours for your tracking
information to updase.

For orders between $0 =nd $99.99, we offer a fat rate shipping option of $6.95.
Any order $100 or more, qualifies for free shipping. Please note that the $6.95 shipping cost and taxes does not contribute to the $100 free shipping option.
Online returns can be made via a pre-paid retumn malling labe! provided by Alice &. Wonder. A $4.95 shipping fee will be deducted per order. Limit one reur
maling label per order. Online returs can also be returned in-store for free.

What if my order says it was deivered by the shipping carrier, but l haven't received it yet?
When packages uppear to be missing. it is usually one of the following situtions
. The padags may have been delivered to a neighbor's home.
. The padkage has been definvered to a different spot than normal on your property:
. The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been.
